Golden Cheetah Notio won't compute my ride.

Golden Cheetah Notio won't compute my ride.

The ride will not compute in Golden Cheetah if there are no power or no speed data associated.

To verify it, select the Activity then the Edit chart. Along the bottom, you will see tabs labelled STANDARD, BCVX, etc.

If the activity has been properly recorded, the STANDARD tab should contain both speed and power data.

If you cannot see those columns, there were connection issues with either the power meter or speed sensor during recording.

Legacy app users
For those using the old app, therefore Notio legacy cloud, you might be able to see those columns (Power and Speed) and get the following error message.
In that case, verify if the BCVx section contains valid power and speed data. If there is no BCVx section, it is likely that you only have the Garmin file downloaded onto Golden Cheetah. So, try to upload the ride with the help of the legacy app onto the Cloud. Then, sync Golden Cheetah with Notio Legacy Cloud.

If this doesn't work, please get it touch with our support team HERE.
