How do I measure my Total weight?
Total weight correspond to your total riding weight which includes the rider and anything else added to the bike.
All the equipment used for testing. e.g. helmet, shoes, bike, water bottles etc.
The best way to measure this is to get ready and then step on the scales whilst lifting your bike. This will give you the total riding weight.
If you are testing for a long period of time it may be worth weighing, mid testing as the weight lost from drinking water and water loss may affect the results.
