What does the Acceleration graph show?
Measured in meters per second squared (m/s²), it shows the rate in which you change velocity. All positive numbers show acceleration and the negative numbers show deceleration. When analyzing a ride, you should look for a section that doesn't have too many accelerations or decelerations as the data won't be consistent. From the image below, you can see the spike at the start where the rider is getting up to speed. Then, the data becomes steady as the speed stabilizes.
