When I press GO, the Notio does not start recording.

When I press GO, the Notio does not start recording.

There is two reasons why the Notio won't start recording.

Memory capacity
The memory of your Notio is probably at its full capacity. It is therefore impossible to save more data. You will need to format the memory before you can continue collecting. To do this, make sure your Notio is paired with the App.

Select the Activity screen → select the Notio files (upper right corner of your screen) 
Scroll down to make sure all files in the device are sync.
Download files that are not yet synchronized
Back in Profile screen → select the Notio pairing screen → select Format

Battery charge
If the battery level is below 20%, the Notio won't start recording. Bring the battery charge to its full capacity usually takes less then 20 minutes.
