Where do I find my Notio serial number?

You can identify your product by the serial number or unit ID. Both are located underneath the device next to the (green) light.

Serial number
The serial number is located on the underside of the unit. It corresponds to a 5-digit number, without spaces or dashes. e.g.: 01400
Older devices are identified the serial number is NK0001. To get support, please provide the unit ID.














Notio ID
The unit ID is a combination of 8 letters and numbers, without spaces or dashes. e.g.: FB2574C9
It can be found in the Notio Paring screen or the Notio Profile screen.
